Sądowa kontrola konstytucyjności prawa stanowionego przez organy miasta na prawach powiatu

Abstract

The article presents issues related to the judicial review of acts of local law, which

are a source of generally applicable law. Moreover, these acts may form the basis

of court and administrative decisions. The Constitution of the Republic of Poland

entrusts competence to adjudicate on the conformity of acts of local law administrative

courts and the Constitutional Tribunal, however the model adopted raises

many doubts. The article focuses not only on practical problems, but also indicates

the possible directions of change.
